PIPA reports seem to skew pretty leftist. The way the results are presented makes me wonder whether the surveys are designed with some bias towards making conservatives look bad (either the voting base or the administration). I'd love it if I could hold up an iron-clad PIPA report and smash it over Rumsfeld's head, but are these reports really that reliable.
