Ties to Koch brothers
The Pacific Research Institute has received funding from the Charles G. Koch Foundation, the David H. Koch Foundation, and the Claude R. Lambe Foundation, all of which are Koch Family Foundations. Between 1998 and 2012, these three foundations contributed around $1 million to the Pacific Research Institute. The Pacific Research Institute for Public Policy has also received funding from Donors Trust, and the Donors Capital Fund has reported granting money to the Pacific Research Institute for Legal Policy.
