Here it is, April 12, 2004 with Iraq fallen apart and we're still waiting to see if these people in the so-called Office of Reconstruction and Humanitarian Assistance (a/k/a US Office of Crony Contracting) are going to do what Feith and they say they will, or whether they are just ignorant, brutal war criminals. As of today, it looks like the latter would be closest to the truth.
