Question: Exactly how does the SW search feature differentiate between the US vs British/Australian, etc., spellings of organization and organisation?? Will it search for both or is it restricted to the actual spelling? Artificial Intelligence 08:13, 27 Jun 2005 (EDT)

Re-organisation of the page

I have done a quick re-structuring of this page as the previously long list was hard to navigate easily. I have tried to allocate the previously long list of lists to sub-groups though with some it was a little arbitrary. It is also apparent that some of the lists could do with rationalising too. For example the "Non-government organisations" group lists could probably do with some simplification and merging. --Bob Burton 22:27, 25 Aug 2005 (EDT)

Next stage in re-organising this page

Over the next few days I'll start the next stage in re-organising some of this material into categories. The general plan Sheldong has proposed is to roughly re-organise the categories within SW to match the categories used with Spins of the Day. It will go beyond that as well -- I'll start sorting out the non-profit groups/watchdogs etc and the media groups. While I can see the logic of the progressive/regressive groups lists the title of the latter is not appropriate. I'll move the media lists into a media category and am inclined to drop the liberal/conservative split (as noted before) as there are classification problems that make it a little arbitrary.--Bob Burton 16:54, 28 Sep 2005 (EDT)
