Talk:John Stossel

I don't quite understand the time and effort expended on John Stossel's motives --selfish, noble or otherwise. I believe a person's actions, not his motivation for those actions, are what's important. In view of this, the question should be, does Stossel's reporting have a positive or negative impact on our society. I say yes. I am also not impressed with the cited examples of Stossel getting his facts wrong. Such examples of errors, intentional or otherwise, can be cited about nearly if not all who write about our society, whether their political leanings be left, right or somewhere in-between.
