The "lid" went on the discussion of casualties (particularly the injured) on April 17th. Up until that time, the Landstuhl medical center in Germany announced arrivals. The last mention was that announcing that the seven former POWs would wave from a balcony but not give interviews.

Strictly as an aside, found an interesting tidbit about a product called "QuikClot" used during Operation Iraqi Freedom... which was scheduled to go on drug store shelves mid August 2003. Notice that "Time from final test results submission to FDA clearance 14 days."

How do they do that? (hahahaha!!)
