In terms of the dispute between US/Cuba over the base perhaps it is worth adding something about the origins/obligations of the 1902 treaty(?) which as I vaguely understand is the source of the dispute. Anyone know any more?--Bob Burton 19:47, 9 Mar 2005 (EST)
