While there have been no formal announcements that this project is gone, an operation called Fuel Recovery Partners began recovering coal from the historical waste (GOB) piles that were to be the primary source of fuel for this site. I don't want to be the one to declare a project dead, given my current position (retiring in January, 2013), but I'd certainly suggest that this project be considered gone.
