Talk:Environmental impacts of coal

WTF! 'the average power plant consumes the equivalent of 161 million trees'??!! Somebody multiplied instead of dividing! If we assume trees are evenly spaced a 10 foot intervals. Then that's 409,600 acres of trees (do your own math)!!! That's equivalent of nearly two Yellowstone national parks! So if you were using wood instead of coal you would have to harvest Yellowstone twice over to power one measly plant? it seems unlikely!
