Talk:DocumentCloud

While DocumentCloud was conceived of and is still led by journalists working at ProPublica and The New York Times, it is an independent nonprofit organization. It has never been accurate to describe DocumentCloud as a project of either ProPublica or the New York Times. Though ProPublica served as our fiscal agent until we got our 501c3 status finalized, neither organization directly or indirectly controls our work. Amandabee 21:44, 23 December 2010 (UTC)
