Rosebraugh has publicly advocated "massive property destruction, to online sabotage, to physical occupation of buildings" for financial centers in the US. He is advocating "Large scale urban rioting" in the US. He advocates shutting down the media, specifically "Using any means necessary, shut[ting] down the national networks of NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, etc. Not just occupations but actually [to] engage in strategies and tactics which knock the networks off the air."

He is advocating guerilla tactics in property destruction and says to "strike hard and fast and retreat in anonymity. Select another location, strike again hard and fast and quickly retreat in anonymity." The interview is here.
