Generally, a contrivance is the act of inventing something or any new thing that emerges from within a society.

Wrong again. A contrivance is not the act, it is the invention. "Contrive" is the proper verb for the act of inventing.

As a propaganda technique, contrivance is a scheme invented to deceive or evade.

This is so axiomatic it barely warrants a statement. Creative writing usually involves more than simply declaring "what is".

This is a non-sensical sentence. "The real intent" of what? How does one throw someone off of an intention?

It continues this article's theme of declaring the obvious,

declaring the obvious? yes .. but to some visitors it may not be obvious (that's why the the term was link in the original article)...

but does little to inform anyone of how contrivances are used in propaganda. Take any technique on the list, and fill in the blanks: "Individuals (Insert propaganda technique here) to extend the message of propaganda."

and that distracts from the statement why? if it's valid, it's valid ...

Basically, creating a fabrication of falsehoods to deceive.

This is a sentence fragment. What is the value of writing sentence fragments, or of publishing half-finished prose?

On what evidence has the writer based this conclusion about what propagandists "usually" do? And the phrase "contriving schemes to problems" is non-sensical.

It is very difficult for Propagator not to let consitently poor grammar and punctuation poison the well concerning respect for Reddi's literary contributions. In this case "sometimes" is not a relative clause and does not need to be separated by commas. In this case, either "propagandists improvise schemes" or "propagandists sometimes improvise schemes." -prpgtr
