Simply Living Water has grown out of Sulis Health which was started in 1994 by Alick Bartholomew and Mari Bartholomew. "Most of the products are inspired by the research of Viktor Schauberger, a deep green ecologist who was ahead of his time. His mantra was to ‘Copy Nature: she always has the answers’. He was one of the first researchers to investigate the quantum energy qualities of water." [1]
