The Bell is a multi-issue think tank in Colorado providing original research and analysis on issues of equal opportunity and access. Like many organizations doing state-level policy and advocacy work, the Bell is a [[501(c)(3)]] nonprofit, funded through grants and contributions. The work of the Bell frequently informs and serves as a model for policy initiatives in other states.
