"Joined the Board in July 2007. Tony is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and has over 30 years experience in the banking and finance industry. He has held several senior management positions during his career, including Managing Director of [[Challenge Bank]] Limited and CEO of Hartleys Limited. The other listed companies of which he is or has been a director in the last three years are, Chairman of [[Home Building Society]] Ltd (appointed – June 2003), [[Mermaid Marine Australia]] Limited (appointed – July 2003), [[Alinta]] Limited (appointed 2000 - resigned July 2006) and a director of [[AWB]] Limited (appointed March 2005).
