The 142-page report—"The Iraq Study Group Report. The Way Forward, A New Approach"—was authored by co-chairs James A. Baker, III, and Lee H. Hamilton. The report is to be "available for downloading from the Web site of the United States Institute of Peace, which has been coordinating the 10-member commission’s activities over the last eight months.
