W. Michael Hanemann replaced as Copenhagen Consensus challenge paper author
W. Michael Hanemann ended up not writing the challenge paper on "Water" for Copenhagen Consensus.
For some reason director Bjorn Lomborg did not feel comfortable with the draft ideas of Hanemann's paper and decided to replace Hanemann with Frank Rijsberman as author of the challenge paper.
So much for Lomborg's ambition to challenge political correctness.
