It also takes issue with Kerry's remarks 30 years ago that "[[war crime]]s" were systemic, policy-induced and taking place throughout the military conflicts in and about Vietnam on a ""on a day-to-day basis with the full awareness of officers at all levels of command."

Further, we believe that you have withheld and/or distorted material facts as to your own conduct in this war."
