It also takes issue with Kerry's remarks 30 years ago that "[[war crime]]s" were systemic, policy-induced and taking place throughout the military conflicts in and about Vietnamon a "day-to-day" basis with the direct knowledge and support of officers and men "at all levels if command. Further, we believe that you have withheld and/or distorted material facts as to your own conduct in this war."
