Biographical Information
"Sir James was chief executive of HBOS plc till 2006, and is currently a fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries, a Non-Executive Director of Misys plc, a Senior Independent Director of Compass Group plc, a Trustee of Cancer Research (UK) and a member of the Finance Committee of the Delegacy of Oxford University Press."[1]
