The Shirlington Limousine and Transportation, Inc. is the "firm allegedly used by defense contractor Brent Wilkes to provide prostitutes to ex-Rep. Duke Cunningham." [1]

NewsMax reported April 29, 2006, that

Shirlington Limousine and Transportation Inc., a "financially troubled limousine service that got government contracts - is under investigation and its chief executive Christopher D. Baker, suspected of having worked with Brent R. Wilkes to provide hookers for Cunningham, who is now in prison serving a term of eight years, four months after he pleaded guilty last November to taking $2.4 million in homes, yachts and other bribes.
"Before starting Shirlington Limousine, as reported in the [Washington] Post, Baker was convicted on several misdemeanor charges, including drug possession and attempted petty larceny, as well as two felony charges for attempted robbery and car theft, according to D.C. Superior Court records.
"Shirlington Limousine had a history of financial difficulties finally resolved when it was awarded a pair of contracts in April of 2004 and again last October by the Department of Homeland Security. The contracts totaled $25 million.
"According to the Washington Area Community Investment Fund (WACIF), "Shirlington Limousine was a thriving small business at the Reagan Washington National Airport until the airport was closed following the September 11, 2001, terrorists attacks. Chris Baker, CEO, said the business struggled to survive until in 2003 he learned about the September 11th Small Business Assistance Fund being managed by the WACIF."
"Since receiving assistance from WACIF, Shirlington Limousine has received a federal contract from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. In April of 2005, he was one of more than 20 small businesses that received the agency’s Small Business Achievement Award during the agency’s first small business awards ceremony." [2]

"Shirlington provided 12 minibuses five days a week to drive homeland security employees among downtown offices, and 10 drivers to ferry department executives around the region in department-owned sedans." [3]
