On September 11th 1990, U.S. President George H.W. Bush, upholding "democracy" and "peace," declared his "New World Order" in a speech before the US Congress. He was soon raining thousands of tons of napalm, air-fuel explosives, phosphorous bombs, cluster bombs and uranium-encased shells upon Iraq, killing thousands,terrorizing that country. [1]
