"Mr. Ronald Charles Trenter, Ron served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Texas Homecare since 1991 and it's Managing Director since 1980, where Mr. Trenter spent 22 years. Mr. Trenter has nearly thirty years experience in the retail sector and has held senior positions with a number of companies in the UK, USA and Europe. Mr. Trenter serves as Non Executive Chairman and Director of Oasis Healthcare PLC. He serves as Non Executive Chairman of Consolidated Veterinary Services (UK) Ltd. He also serves as Chairman of Laurel Management Services Ltd. He served as an Executive Chairman of Upton and Southern Holdings PLC from 1995 to 1999. He served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Pursuit Dynamics PLC from April 2001 to May 9, 2005. He served as the Chairman and Director of Sirius Petroleum plc (formerly Global Gaming Technologies PLC) until March 28, 2008. He served as Chairman and Director of CVS Group Plc and LM Funerals Limited. He served as a Director of Pursuit Dynamics PLC until May 9, 2005. He served as a Director of Home Charm Group Plc and Ladbroke Retail Parks Ltd., a division of Ladbroke Group Plc (now Hilton Group Plc)."
