Robert Singer

A 2008 biographical note states that Singer "with an educational background in aquatic ecology and work experience in environmental impact assessment and restoration. In the past three years, Dr. Singer has led his company’s efforts to identify sites for the sequestration of carbon dioxide in the eastern United States. He also works on permitting and environmental impact assessments for coal-burning electric utilities and advanced technology gasification projects. Dr. Singer received a biology degree, a Masters degree in zoology and a Doctorate in ecology from the University of Illinois. He formerly worked as a professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Colgate University." He was involved in promoting the proposed clean coal demonstration project in Jamestown, New York.[1]
