Frederick J. Weyerhaeuser
Rick Weyerhaeuser joined Keweenaw Land Association in 2010. "He is a graduate of Yale University (with a major in geology and geophysics) and received a master's degree from the Yale School of Forestry, where he continues to serve on The Leadership Council. He has served on many boards, including The New England Forestry Foundation, Weeden and Company, Rock Island Corporation, and the Forest History Society. He is a founding member of the National Alliance of Forest Owners, the national interest group for private landowners in the United States and serves on their Executive Committee. He is a former State Director of The Nature Conservancy in Massachusetts and currently is a Director of the Lyme Timber Company, which specializes in the acquisition and sale of forestland with significant conservation values."
