Biographical Information
Richard A. Friedman has been a member of Hyatt Hotels's "board of directors since June 2009. Mr. Friedman joined Goldman, Sachs & Co., a full-service global investment banking and securities firm, in 1981, and has been a Partner there since 1990. He has been a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs & Co. since 1996 and is the Head of the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Friedman is also the Chairman of the Corporate Investment Committee, the Real Estate Investment Committee and the Infrastructure Investment Committee of the Merchant Banking Division and a Member of the Management Committee of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. Mr. Friedman is the Chairman of Yankees Entertainment and Sports Network, LLC. Mr. Friedman is a Class of 2015 director."[1]
