Rachel Whetstone is chairwoman of the think tank the International Policy Network. She is the daughter of Linda Whetstone and the grand-daughter of Antony Fisher. She is currently Google's senior vice president of public policy and is married to David Cameron's former strategist Steve Hilton[1]
"It was thought that Whetstone would join Hilton in taking a key role in Cameron's office, but an ill-judged affair with Viscount Astor, Samantha Cameron's stepfather, scuppered that and strained relations." [2]
