Biography
R. W. Hooker, Jr. was employed by Liggett & Myers, Inc. and served as Vice President and Secretary from 1977 to 1978, General Counsel and on the Board of Directors in 1978. He was employed by Liggett Group, Inc. and served as Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and was on the Board of Directors from 1978 to 1982. He was employed by GrandMet, USA, Inc. and served as Vice President from 1983 to 1986. He served as General Counsel, Secretary and was on the Board of Directors from 1983 to 1987.
