POWER2010 is "campaign to give everyone the chance to have a say in how our democracy works for us" in the United Kingdom.

"The Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust supported the initial, charitable stages of POWER2010 aimed at encouraging debate around democratic change and identifying the people's priorities for reform. It provided funding for three stages: "Tell us your Ideas"; the Deliberative Poll; and the public vote.

"Since the announcement of the POWER Pledge, the campaign to ensure that these reforms are a key issue at the General Election has been funded exclusively by the Joseph Rowntree Reform Trust Ltd, which is not a charity and is therefore free to fund political activity." [1]
