Biographical Information

Peter was re-appointed to the Board of Oasis Healthcare in "September 2011, having previously been a director between 2007 and 2010. He is Managing partner at Duke Street. He began his career with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in 1985 and in 1989 joined Bridgepoint where he worked on a range of UK buyouts and development capital transactions, including two alongside Duke Street. In 1992, he joined Sea Life Centres (a Bridgepoint investee company) as Finance Director. He oversaw its sale to Vardon plc in the same year and was closely involved in the ongoing development of Vardon into a £150 million leisure group. A specialist in the Consumer sector he has worked on numerous Duke Street transactions, among them Oasis, Sporting Index and Gala."
