Biographical Information
Bunzl "Non-executive director since 2006, senior independent director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Having spent most of his earlier career in the motor industry, he joined Inchcape plc in 1995, became Chief Executive in 1999 and was Chairman from 2006 until 2009. He is the senior independent non-executive director of Wates Group Limited and was Chairman of The Rank Group Plc from 2007 until 2011." [1]
