Mr. Lippens started his career in 1976 in the banking sector working for Banque Indosuez then Banque Degroof in the Far East, the Middle East and in Europe. He is a member of Invetsment Committee of BeCapital. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of FINASUCRE s.a and Suikergroep NV. Mr. Lippens serves as the Chairman of the Board of Iscal Sugar NV, Groupe Sucrier and Galactic. Mr. Lippens was the Chairman of Naturex S.A. since March 31, 2015 until 2018 and its Independent Non-Executive Director since September 13, 2011 until 2018. He serves as a Director of Finasucre Investments (Australia) Pty Limited; Finasucre, Compagnie Optorg and Compagnie Het Zoute. He served as an Independent Director of Fountain SA until May 29, 2012. He served as an Independent Director of Lotus Bakeries NV from 1988 to May 2009. Mr. Lippens holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from the Solvay Brussels School (ULB)."
