Biographical Information
In November 2021 he retired from Greencore to become the new CEO of SSP. [1] Joined the Greencore Group Board in September 2005 as Chief Financial Officer, becoming Chief Executive in April 2008. Prior to joining Greencore, he was a partner with McKinsey and Company, serving as Managing Partner of McKinsey, Ireland. He is a member of the Council of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce where he acts as Hon. Treasurer." [1]
"He is a Non-Executive Director of Glanbia plc and Non-Executive Chairman of Core Media Group." [2]
His brothers include Rory Coveney and Simon Coveney.
