Nicholas J. Pritzker
Nicholas J. Pritzker, JD, "is Chairman and President of Hyatt Development Corporation (HDC), the development arm of Global Hyatt, where he has been involved as President since it was founded in 1981. Mr. Pritzker is also Vice Chairman of Global Hyatt Corporation, the parent of Hyatt Hotels Corporation and HDC, where he focuses on real estate and development matters. He is also responsible for Hyatt’s gaming related activities. Mr. Pritzker received a BA from Lake Forest College and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School." [1]
"Mr. Pritzker serves on the Board of Directors of Bay City Capital, which runs a series of funds specializing in biotechnology and life science. He was Chairman of the Board of a portfolio company, Eos Biotechnology, Inc. until its merger with PDL in 2003. He is also an executive vice-president of Conservation International. Mr. Pritzker received a B.A. in 1968 from Lake Forest College, Lake Forest, Illinois, and a J.D. in 1974 from the University of Chicago Law School. He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1975." [2] He is married to Susan Pritzker. His son is Joby Pritzker.
