She is the founder of LEAP Africa which works across Africa inspiring, empowering and equipping the next generation of dynamic, principled and innovative young leaders.

"Ndidi started her career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, working in their Chicago, New York, and Johannesburg Offices. She was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and received a National Honour – Member of the Federal Republic from the Nigerian Government. She was listed as one of the 20 Youngest Power African Women by Forbes.

"Ndidi holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, an undergraduate degree with honours in Multinational and Strategic Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She was a Senior Fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business & Government at the Harvard Kennedy School and a 2018 Aspen Institute New Voices Fellow.
