Mokhethi Moshoeshoe "is a founder and a non-executive director of the African Institute of Corporate Citizenship (AICC), chairperson of Sustainability Research and Intelligence and co-founder and chairperson of the Giving and Sharing Foundation. He is a co-author of Guidelines for Corporate Strategic Planning Framework for Community Development for the International Council on Mining and Minerals. Moshoeshoe serves on a number of governing boards and advisory bodies and is a member of the USAID regional advisory committee for the Southern African Development Community (Botswana)." [1]

"Mokhethi Moshoeshoe is founding director of the African Institute of Corporate Citizenship (AICC) and co-founder of the Institute for Social and Ethical Accounting and Auditing South Africa. Before founding the AICC, Mokhethi was the Executive Director of the Southern African Grantmakers' Association from June 1997. He pioneered the first community foundations in South Africa. He developed the Prodder NGO directory and Prodder Newsletter for the Human Sciences Research Council. Mokhethi serves on a number of governing boards, including PetroSA Development Trust, Desmond Tutu Education Trust, PLANACT and Boys Town. He is a member of the USAID regional advisory panel for SADC and of the International Learning Forum on the United Nations Global Compact." [2]
