- "MARK SOOHOO (R) is a vice president at the Alexandria, Va.-based firm Campaign Solutions, which specializes in online political consulting and fund raising. He currently manages the online campaign for Virginians for Jerry Kilgore, the likely Republican gubernatorial nominee in 2005. A leader in the burgeoning field of online campaigning, Soohoo has designed Web sites, online videos and online fund raising campaigns.
