Biographical Information

"Mark is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Larkspur Services, Inc., a privately held Asset Management Firm in excess of 150 investment entities. Prior to Larkspur Mark was an investment analyst with Merchant Bank Robert Fleming Ltd in London. He was part of their Czech & Slovak Capital Investment Corporation during the early 1990s.

"He serves on the Board of Directors of Rockwood Service Corporation, Advanced Systems Technologies, British Movietone News, Larkspur Investment Holdings, and Oak View National Bank. He is also Deputy Chairman and Board Member of the Piedmont Environmental Council, and Board Member of Earth University Foundation in Costa Rica. In addition, he is on the Board of Trustees for Shenandoah University.

"He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Shenandoah University and served in the United States Army from 1983 to 1986 as a member of the Airborne Infantry in the Republic of Korea."
