Marc Cohen "is a Research Fellow in the Food Consumption and Nutrition Division at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) in Washington, DC. His current research focuses on governance, institutions, and policy making processes in food security; globalization and food security; conflict and food security; and the right to adequate food. Cohen earned his B.A. in French at Carleton College, and his M.A. and Ph.D. in political science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Cohen co-teaches the course Issues in Rural Development with Peter Veit.“ [1]
