Lyn Graybill, Ph.D. "is a consultant, currently for the Open Society Institute, CENTRA Technology, Inc. and the American Academy of Religion (scholar database), manuscript reviewer for African Studies Review and Studies in Comparative International Development, and editorial member of Online Journal of Peace and Conflict Resolution. She is currently a lecturer at the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at the Georgia Institue of Technology. She has been a lecturer in African politics at UVa and a fellow at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. Her recent research focused on the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in South Africa and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. Dr. Graybill lives in Atlanta, Georgia." [1]
