Biographical Information

"After serving in the British army for five years, during which time he saw active service in the Falklands he started his city career joining McCaughan Dyson and subsequently Kleinwort Benson as an equity salesman. During his ten years with the bank, he became a Director and head of the UK small cap sales team which was consistently ranked highly in Extel and Reuters surveys.

"In 1999 he left Dresdner Kleinwort to set up an equity long short hedge fund which he ran for seven years before it was sold to Wickam Capital in 2008.

"In 2009 he joined Charles Stanley Milton Keynes office to concentrate primarily on Discretionary and Advisory Fund Management, managing portfolios for private clients, trusts, charities, pension funds and Companies. Robin is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute For Securities and Investment (ACSI)."[1]

His wife was Katherine Innes Ker.
