"Linnet F. Deily, age 63, was a deputy U.S. trade representative and U.S. ambassador to the World Trade Organization from 2001 to June 2005.

"Prior Positions Held: Deily was vice chairman of Charles Schwab Corporation from 2000 until 2001. She was previously president of the Schwab Retail Group from 1998 until 2000, and president of Schwab Institutional-Services for Investment Managers from 1996 until 1998. Prior to joining Schwab, she was chairman, president and chief executive officer from 1990 until 1996 and president and chief operating officer from 1988 until 1990 of the First Interstate Bank of Texas.
