K. David Boyer, Jr., "CEO, is responsible for GlobalWatch Technologies’ corporate strategy. Mr. Boyer brings over 25 years of experience building companies and expertise in Information Management, Information Assurance, and Anti-Terrorism Assistance services. Mr. Boyer founded TROY Systems in 1984 and built the company into an award-winning supplier of advanced IT and Information Assurance solutions to the US Government. TROY was sold to a publicly traded company in 2001.
