Justice For All was founded in 1993 and their website notes that it "shall act as an advocate for change in a criminal justice system that is inadequate in protecting the lives and property of law-abiding citizens." [1]

"Justice for All is a non-profit lobbying group founded by Ellen Levin, mother of Central Park murder victim Jennifer Levin." [2]
