Jonathan M. Conrad "is founder and CEO of Sconset Media currently working on a prime-time special for WETA/PBS titled The Power: The Information Revolution in Our Lives. His experience in senior management positions has been with organizations ranging from a multi-billion-dollar bank to a mid-size public company and includes start-up ventures and financial advisory assignments. He was instrumental in the creation of the federal legislation enabling broad-based use of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). During the Reagan Administration, he was appointed to the Commercial Space Advisory Committee of the US Department of Transportation.

"Mr. Conrad currently serves as an advisor to the X PRIZE Foundation, which administers competitive prizes for scientific and social innovation. He is an Officer, Director and Medalist of The Explorers Club. Mr. Conrad is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College and lives in New York." [1]
