John Lang
John Lang "spent his professional career in corporate finance. Career highlights include serving as President and CEO of Lang Capital Associates (1991-1999) and as Managing Director of Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets (1986-1989). He still works as a part-time financial consultant. John is a Doctoral candidate at Drew University and holds a BA in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University, an MS in Finance from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business, an MALS from Albertus Magnus, and a post-graduate certificate from the Hartford Seminary in Theology and Ethics. In 1998-2000 John was a Management Fellow at Yale’s School of Management and Director of The Enterprise Center, a jointly sponsored entreprenurial support organization co-sponsored by Yale, UI, and New Alliance Bank (then New Haven Savings Bank). He is a trustee of the Hartford Seminary and sits on the Board of Directors of the Neighborhood Music School of New Haven and Youth Continuum. He has previously served as the Chairman of the Corporate Advisory Board of the National Bankers Association and as the Chairman of the Development Committee of the American School of the Deaf and a trustee of the Montessori School of Greater Hartford."
