Biography

Mr. Laeri is Chairman of and Managing Director of Meadowcroft Associates Inc., "a leading financial advisory firm in the field of litigation...providing expert testimony." He spent 32 years on Wall Street before founding Meadowcroft and has been involved in all phases of investment banking including research, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions support and corporate reorganizations. He was named by "Corporate Finance" magazine as one of the dozen outstanding investment bankers under age forty, in 1973. He is currently Chairman of the UNR Asbestos-Disease Claims Trust which processes and pays claims to asbestos-disease victims. his area of expertise includes corporate valuation.
