"Mr. Stanton became a member of the Company’s Board of Directors on May 8, 2007. From 1987 through the present, Mr. Stanton served as the President and CEO of a private company headquartered in Tampa Florida engaged in the business of manufacturing residential concrete construction products. Mr. Stanton has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of publicly-traded EarthFirst Technologies, Incorporated from May 15, 2000 through the present. Mr. Stanton is also the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors for Nanobac Pharmaceuticals, Incorporated. Mr. Stanton was one of the founders of Calgenex Corporation and VitalTrust Solutions, Inc. Mr. Stanton serves on the Board of Directors of publicly traded Medical Technology Systems, Inc., and several other public companies. Mr. Stanton worked as an auditor with the international professional services firm that is now known as Ernst & Young, LLP from 1973 through 1981. Mr. Stanton, a Vietnam veteran of the United States Army, graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Accounting in 1972, and with an MBA in 1973. Mr. Stanton earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant in 1974 and was a Sells Award winner in the CPA examination." [1]
