Biographical Information
"Joe Williams used to write for the Thomas B. Fordham Foundation and the American Enterprise Institute. He also spent some time as a “non-resident Senior Fellow” at Ed Sector (with Rotherham and Mead). Joe worked as a journalist prior to his work in education reform." [1]
