Jeffrey A. Goldstein "is a Managing Director of Hellman & Friedman and helps lead the Firm's New York office. Mr. Goldstein is a Director of LPL Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining the Firm in 2004, Mr. Goldstein was Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Management Committee of the World Bank.

"Prior to his tenure at the World Bank, Mr. Goldstein was Co-Chairman of BT Wolfensohn and a member of the Bankers Trust Company Management Committee. Previously, he was a Partner at James D. Wolfensohn Incorporated. Earlier in his career, Mr. Goldstein taught economics at Princeton University and worked at the Brookings Institution.

"Mr. Goldstein serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Vassar College, Trustee of the German Marshall Fund of the United States, Director of the International Center for Research on Women, and is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

"Mr. Goldstein received his PhD, MPhil, and MA in economics from Yale University. He received his BA in economics from Vassar College where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and attended the London School of Economics." [1]
